William F. Dziesinski

William F. Dziesinski, 66, of Alpena, passed away at Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, surrounded by his family after a sudden hemorrhagic stroke. Bill was born May 10, 1957 in Alpena to the late Stanley and Lois (Cain) Dziesinski. He married Phyllis Precord, August 16, 1980 and have three wonderful children together.

Bill worked for many years for J.E. Johnson Heating and Cooling as an HVAC Technician before working as a machinist for Magnaloy Coupling Company. He recently retired from Magnaloy after 10 years of service in November 2021. He was a member of the Alpena Moose Lodge 571 since 1987. Bill loved the outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing or boating. He enjoyed fishing with his sons during the Brown Trout Festival, gathering with family and friends at any social event, or just kicking back around a fire. You could always count on having a cold one and lots of laughs when Bill was around. He was a golfer most of his life, and started playing again weekly around Northeast Michigan after retiring. Bill loved and appreciated his wife, Phyllis, for over 42 years. He was a very proud father and grandpa.

He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis; children, Adam (Monica) Dziesinski of Alpena, MI, Janel (Greg) Norton of Westlake, OH, and Kyle Dziesinski of Mayville, MI; four beautiful grandchildren, Rory and Nathan Dziesinski, and Caleb and Hollyn Norton; brothers and sisters; Sherry (Rich) Donakowski, Jeannine (Travis) Jones, Dick (Kathy) Dziesinski, and Stanley Dziesinski, and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends for visitation at Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P. M. with a Parish Prayer Service at 6;30 P.M. Visitation will continue Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church of All Saints Parish from 10:00 A.M. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. with Fr. Michael Lingaur as celebrant.
