Terry Lee Millard, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, passed away on May 27, 2024 He was a dedicated mechanic for many years, leaving a legacy of hard work and passion for his craft. Terry was born on May 19, 1952, in Alpena, Michigan, where his journey began.
Terry's life was a testament to kindness, care, and love. His warm heart and gentle spirit touched everyone he encountered. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life and had a profound love for spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. The outdoors held a special place in his heart, where he felt most at peace.
One of Terry's proudest accomplishments was his expertise in working on cars and restoring classic vehicles. Anything related to cars sparked a fire within him; it was more than just a hobby—it was his ultimate passion. His dedication to his work was unmatched, and he took pride in every project he undertook.
Terry will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Millard (Kalisch); his children: Brandon Grabow, Trisha (Kyle McKenzie) Millard, Shawna (Mike) Wichmann; and his grandchildren: Dustin Grabow Jr., Owen Wichmann, and Nora Wichmann. He was preceded in death by his son Dustin Grabow, brothers, Lonnie, Johnny, Gary, Randy (Jean), a sister, Patty Boyk, and niece, Jessica Millard.
In addition to his immediate family, Terry leaves behind sisters Dixie Kornmann and Brenda White along with countless nieces and nephews who adored him.
Terry's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. As we mourn the loss of a remarkable man, let us also celebrate the vibrant life he lived and the legacy of love he leaves behind.
Rest in peace, Terry Lee Millard. You will always be cherished and remembered with love.
