Joanne J. Wood

Joanne J. Wood, age 71, of Alpena, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center of Alpena.

            She is survived by her two sons: James Wood of South Branch, MI and Michael (Fiancé Tara Evans) Wood of Monroe, MI; three grandchildren: Drake, Mia, and Marhea Wood; one brother: Dale (Terri) Haken of Alpena, MI; two sisters: Sandra (Wayne) Miller of FL; Karen Haken of Alpena, MI; and several nieces and nephews.

            Per her wishes she has been taken from the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home for cremation. There are no services at this time.
