Janice Marie Maciejewski

Janice Marie Maciejewski, passed away to the Lord 7 days after her 75th birthday on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.
Born in Alpena, February 3, 1941, she was the youngest daughter of the late Daniel and Angeline "Nellie" (Arducant) Glomski. Janice married Emmet Gene Maciejewski in October of 1961, he preceded her in death in October of 2014. Employed by the Kroger Company, her travels with them took her to Bad Axe, Frankenmuth, Davison, and Flint Michigan. Then to Houston, TX. After her retirement she returned home to Alpena. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Janice is survived by her three children: Kevin Gene Maciejewski of Alpena; Toni Sue Maciejewski of Alpena; and Tim (Dee Smith) Maciejewski of New Orleans, LA; her two grandchildren Katie and Erik Maciejewski, a brother Ron Glomski, a sister Delores Brookshier, several nieces and nephews, also her sister-in-law Janice Maciejewski (Mrs. John) Kell.
She is preceded in death by her brother Dan Glomski.
Per her wishes Janice has been taken for cremation by the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
