Frances Marie DeRosia

Frances Marie DeRosia, 82, of Alpena, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at her home. Frances was born to the late Jacob and Agnes (Sobeck) Haske on October 19, 1942, in Metz, Michigan. 

She is survived by her children, Virginia (James) Plath, Paula (Lynn) Torstenson, Ann Marie DeRosia, Darrell DeRosia, and Paul (Ann) DeRosia, her grandchildren, Hailey (Dustin) Black, Zane (Kristen Canter) Stampfly, Nathan (Shaminii) Lytle, Ellie (Jacob) Eaton, Bradley Torstenson, Kelsey Torstenson, Emmet DeRosia, and Austin DeRosia, great grandchildren, Henry Black, Isla Black, Claire Stampfly, Felix Stampfly, and Silas Lytle, two sisters, Norma Griwatsch and Angie Nelson, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul DeRosia, and her siblings, Delores, Edith, and Thomas.
