Caliber Lee Kowalski

            Caliber "Cal" Lee Kowalski, age 16, of Alpena, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident.

            On February 9, 2004, Caliber was born to Adam and Eileen (Stickle) Kowalski in Alpena, Michigan. He enjoyed spending his time in the water from swimming, kayaking, to fishing. Cal was adventurous, he liked the outdoors, hunting, and working on vehicles and loved spending time at camp.

            He is survived by his father Adam (Marlee Valentine) Kowalski, mother Eileen Kowalski both of Alpena, MI; two brothers Gaige (Elissa Godin) Kowalski of Alpena, MI and Jeremiah (Jessica) Killian of AK; one niece: Lily Killian; paternal grandparents: Jerry (Donna) Kowalski of Alpena, MI; several aunts, uncles, cousins along with his girlfriend Silver Wardell, best friend Allen Holben and several other friends.

            He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Richard and Phyllis Stickle.

            Family and friends will gather for a Memorial Service on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at St. Anne Catholic Church of All Saints Parish at 3pm with Fr. Joe Muszkiewicz officiating. It is mandatory for friends and family to wear masks and observe social distancing at St. Anne Catholic Church of all Saints Parish. Following the service a luncheon will be held at McRae Park.
