Bernice M. Laird, age 84, of Alpena passed away peacefully on Monday September 25, 2017, at Tendercare Greenview.
She is survived by her husband Ron, and her son Don Laird of Alpena, MI; a daughter Donna Shortt of Holly, MI; four grandchildren: Don (Jennifer) Laird, Ron (Samantha) Laird, Bob (Teresa) Shortt, Brittany Shortt, and three great-grandchildren.
Per her wishes she has been taken from the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home for cremation and there are no services scheduled.
